All sales are final.

Like buying limited art, these pieces are collectibles with a 30-day window. Once that window closes, they're gone forever.

We only accept returns for manufacturing defects.

If your piece has a genuine manufacturing defect (print quality, fabric flaw, construction issue), bring it back to Rain Hill within 7 days of purchase with your receipt. We'll inspect it and replace it if the defect is confirmed.
